Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse project records, financial entries, attendance logs, or reports.
• Interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the app.
• Attempt to access data outside your authorized company, project, or role.

Company Data and Ownership

Data submitted through the app as part of company operations may be treated as business records belonging to the relevant company or project workflow. This may include tasks, assignments, expenses, payments, attendance, notes, reports, project documentation, uploaded images, and attachments.

Location, Photos, and Attachments

The app may collect or process location data for attendance, photos and attachments uploaded by users, and device or usage information required for app functionality, security, diagnostics, and notifications.

Notifications

The app may send in-app or push notifications related to tasks, projects, attendance, expenses, administrative actions, and system updates. These notifications are part of the operational workflow.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

Users may request account and eligible personal data deletion. Some project, accounting, audit, security, or legal records may be retained where necessary for operational continuity, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. See the Account & Data Deletion page.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Features may change as part of maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement.
