Information We Collect

- Name, email address, phone number, user ID, company ID, role, and account status.
- Project, task, report, note, expense, payment, attendance, and workflow records entered in the app.
- Photos, files, invoices, attachments, and project media uploaded by users.
- Precise location data when a user records attendance or check-in/check-out.
- Device identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, app usage data, crash logs, and diagnostics.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate users and manage accounts, companies, roles, and permissions.
- Provide project management, tasks, reports, attendance, expenses, and notifications.
- Record attendance at work sites when this feature is used.
- Send operational in-app and push notifications related to app activity.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, improve reliability, and protect the app from misuse.
Location Data
The app may collect precise location data only when attendance or a location-based work action is submitted. The app does not continuously track location in the background.
Photos, Files, and User Content
Users may upload photos, attachments, reports, notes, and project documents. This content is used only for business workflows inside the app and should relate to legitimate company or project activity.
Service Providers
We use Firebase services provided by Google, including Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics, to operate, secure, store, and improve the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising or tracking. Data may be processed by service providers such as Firebase solely to operate and improve the application.
Data Storage and Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored using trusted cloud services. Access is controlled by authentication, company membership, and role-based permissions.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and eligible personal data at any time. Some business, accounting, audit, security, or legal records may be retained where necessary for legitimate operations, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
