Account & Data Deletion

Users of the Giant Finishing app can request deletion of their account and eligible associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to giantsmartsolutions@gmail.com with the following information:

• Registered email address.
• App name: Giant Finishing.
• A clear request for account and data deletion.

Data That May Be Deleted

• Account profile data.
• Login-related account data.
• Personal contact information.
• User-uploaded photos or attachments where deletion is applicable.
• User-created records where deletion is allowed.

Data That May Be Retained

Some project, accounting, audit, security, or legal records may be retained where required for compliance, dispute resolution, business operations, audit trails, financial documentation, or legal obligations.

Deletion Timeline

After verification, eligible account and personal data will be deleted within 7 business days.
